Brand Guidelines

The Watkins Bay brands incorporate symbols, shapes, designs, phrases, terms, words and unique brand elements related to thinking and our customer offerings ("Brand Assets"). The word 'Watkins Bay' written in Mixed Case and our logos are examples of some of our Brand Assets. Our Brand Assets are service marks, trade names, domain names, trademarks, and trade dress of Watkins Bay.

Watkins Bay supports and encourages its ecosystem to embrace other services, technologies, and products that connect with Watkins Bay and add value to our services. In the balance of this and as custodians of the Watkins Bay ecosystem we must protect our reputation and identity to ensure the ongoing value creation of our, ecosystem and customers. 

We respectfully request you read and adhere to these Brand Guidelines. The main intention is to ensure a clear understanding of how to consistently use our Brand Assets. The benefits of this is it is easier for people to instantly recognise linkages to Watkins Bay and prevents confusion amongst our partners and customers, whilst protecting our Intellectual Property.

To use Watkins Bay's Brand Assets you must agree to these Brand Guidelines and if you do not follow these guidelines then you do not have the right to do so.


  • Use our Brand Assets to refer to Watkins Bay, our services or all other services or technologies we offer;

  • Write “Watkins Bay” as a two words, and we capitalise the “W” in Watkins and "B" in Bay; and

  • Adhere with our Logo Guidelines, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Do Not:

  • Use Watkins Bay Brand Assets in a manner that implies a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Watkins Bay;

  • Present Watkins Bay's Brand Assets in a way that makes them the most prominent or distinctive feature of what you’re creating;

  • Use Watkins Bay's Brand Assets in merchandising or other items like T-Shirts, Mugs, caps or items of a similar nature.

  • Assert rights over the Watkins Bay's brand or Brand Assets, such as domain name registration, trademark registration or any other actions or activities.

  • Integrate the Brand Assets, or anything disorientating similar, into your domain names, trademarks, logos or other such content;

  • Utilise trademarks, trade dress, domain names, logos or other created materials that mimic or could be confused with think;

  • Detail or feature Watkins Bay on materials or articles linked with explicit content of a sexual nature, illegal or violent activities and which contravent our Terms of Service;

  • Watkins Bay reserves the right to modify our Brand Guidelines, without notice. We will post our most up to date version on our website and you are responsible for adhering to all current terms. It is your responsibility to consistently check these guidelines.
