Adam continues to be highly active in the early stages of businesses in Australia, the USA and the UK, focusing on social or community benefit.

He is a Professor of Practice at Monash University, where he teaches innovation through an entrepreneurial lens which also sees him collaborate with some of the leading Universities, such as Berkley and UCSD (the World's leading Bio-Tech Start Up University).
