I remember the first time I 'surfed' the internet using Netscape. I couldn't believe, albeit in its infancy, the potential that the internet and, more broadly, technology had to disrupt industries.
Even with a dial-up modem.

Shortly after, I was fortunate to be part of the founding team of a genuinely successful start-up in SEEK. At SEEK, it was clear that a sharp vision, the ability to execute, the support of other team members, access to great mentors and a group of committed people were the critical components of building a successful start-up. And, of course, the timing has to be right!

Fast forward 20-plus years, and over the journey, I have founded and seeded several successful businesses across various sectors and have a passion for helping more.
These wonderful experiences were the basis that formed the idea to start my very own specialised and unique form of incubator and build a team around this.
