VentureSim is The Ryan Academy's startup simulation platform for university entrepreneurship teaching. In the current prototype, students run companies over twelve playable weeks, with up to twenty companies competing in one simulated market. Features include a guided first run, a curriculum-paced inbox, decision scoring with explanations, a Week 12 shareholder pack, staff grading with university moderation and a configurable gradebook.
