After qualifying as a lawyer in the UK Nicola practised corporate recovery and insolvency in top tier law firms, latterly with Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London, specialising in significant multi-national restructurings.

In 2007 Nicola moved to Shanghai to start her own consultancy, facilitating relationships between western companies operating in China and local legal services providers as well as advising on both legal and practical issues of working in China across a variety of industries.

Recognising a need in the market for a comprehensive anti-bribery and corruption compliance solution simultaneously covering the regulatory frameworks of several jurisdictions (including the UK, USA and China) she developed a bespoke training App to assist MNCs with distributed workforces comply with their anti-corruption obligations.
She is currently based in Melbourne.
