Aaron assumed the role of Managing Partner | CEO at Watkins Bay after returning to Australia with his family in late 2019. He is charged with delivering on the strategic vision of the companies 10 year road map, including strategic direction, allocation of investment funds, project governance and financial objectives and works closely with Chairman and Founder Adam Ryan.
Aaron's previous 3 decades saw him leading some of the biggest multi-national media agencies in the world spanning China, MENA and Australia. He held China CEO roles for 6 consecutive years from 2013 to 2019 for the US based marketing company Omnicom's 2 best performing agencies OMD and PHD. Aaron has extensive C suite experience in every major marketing category including technology, finance, auto and FMCG working with clients including P&G, McDonald's, Unilever, Volkswagen, HSBC, Apple and L'Oreal.
